01The warranty time is 2 years from the day of receiving goods day.

a. During the 2 years warranty time, free of replacement or maintenance because of the quality problem .For example, not in accordance with the specification stated , or the approved completion photo or defect in quality, materials, and workmanship. what's more, warranty period of specimens extended equivalent to the period of repair or replacement. Except factors created by men and force majeure.

b. same quality problem in same specimens appears three times during the warranty time, while the vendor will replace it by new one free of charge.
02After 2 years warranty, only charge a cost of maintenance and replacement(including the material fee and travel expense to your site maintenance).
03Solution will be provided in one hour after receiving the telephone systems to repair onsite services in 48 hours if necessary(material fee and travel expense to your site maintenance buyer responsible)
04Telephone visit to get feedback from university to check whether problem or not at fixed period, Provide the satisfying services to make the plastinated specimens in good condition.
05Free of charge training basic knowledge of maintenance and care for plastinated specimens. Travel expense to your site maintenance buyer responsible)
